FLOW #4

Happy Friday!!! :D .

Are you ready for another Fitness Loves of the Week??

I have a fantastic circuit workout for you that I completed on Wednesday morning. I didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym so I created a workout that targets your whole body and can be done in 30 minutes. Actually, if you have less time you can go through the circuit once and be done in about 15 minutes!

This circuit left me breathing really hard and pretty sweaty considering it only took 30 minutes to do! And yesterday I was definitely feeling the soreness all over my body :) . Here are explanations for some of the moves:

In addition to my own link-up party, Meg has an awesome one every Friday as well!

This week I want to give myself a high five for catching up with several of my friends that live in different states than me! It can sometimes be challenging to find time to chat with them, but I’m really glad that I did this week :) .

Wanna participate in FLOW??

“Fitness Loves of the Week” (FLOW) is a link-up party similar to What I Ate Wednesday except it’s all about fitness! On Fridays I will post either a routine that I have created that week, a picture or video of a move that I have done, or even a post about a workout.

You guys simply do something similar! If you’ve had a great workout/fitness post earlier in the week and you don’t want to make up a new one, you don’t have to! Simply grab the button from my site, paste it in your Friday post, then when you link up you can use the link from whatever post of yours you want!

This seems like an awesome full body circuit! I’m definitely gonna give it a try when I’m in a time crunch :)

I’ve also never seen the wide row move before (I’ve obviously been living under a rock) and it looks like a good move. Thanks for the idea!

Congrats on catching up with friends, sweetheart :) Sometimes we put that “task” or “to do” off because it seems as though we have so much to do in our own busy life, but when we do make time for others it is ALWAYS worth it :) High five :)

And this looks like a great workout! :) thanks for sharing xo

love u

Great workout dear! These are my favorite kinds… circuit style that is quick and efficient but keeps your heart rate up and you are working hard!
Thank you for doing this, I am going to add my link later today or tomorrow if I can :)

I love circuit workouts. It’s a short and sweet workout plus it keeps me interested. I get so bored doing the same ol’ same ol’ :)
